Plan a walk-in interview before you travel
Check the date, local time, venue and registration requirements before committing your day.

A walk-in announcement is useful only when its logistics are current. Confirm the exact calendar date, start and end times, city and full address from the original employer notice. A post saying “tomorrow” without a publication date is not enough.
Check whether registration is required and whether the notice names specific roles or experience levels. Do not travel simply because a screenshot says “all nationalities” or “urgent hiring.” Compare the actual requirements with your experience.
Read the local timezone shown on the listing. The UAE and Oman use different local time from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. Our interview pages display the event’s named timezone; use that time when planning your arrival.
Prepare a concise CV and examples relevant to the role. Carry only the documents the employer requests and avoid giving original identity documents to an unverified contact. Keep independent contact details for the employer and allow time for transport and building access.
Before leaving, open the original announcement again. An interview may be postponed, filled or cancelled after our source check. A saved calendar entry is a reminder, not confirmation. If the employer cannot confirm the venue or the notice asks you to pay for access to an interview, pause and verify independently.
